Title: Income from the school took over forcibly from mother is halal or haram

Question: One of my friend took over (encroached) the school of her mother (who established it lonely for her earnings) forcibly (without her will) 14 years back and not giving any financial benefit to his mother in lieu of this. My question is that, whether the income to my friend from that school is Halal or Haram? What is the direction for him as per Islam/Quran towards his mother and that school?

    Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 1255/H-304/TH=10/1434) Obviously the unlawful usurpation is haram. It is wajib on him to leave the unlawful usurpation. And he should apologize to his mother for the pain which he caused to his mother. What does the mother want to do? If she wants to take any suitable step for getting rid of unlawful usurpation then she is allowed as per the Shariah.
