(Fatwa: 336/336/M=1433) If the above mentioned incident is correct then the mother of step daughter (adulteress) became haram for that person. Whether he divorces her or leaves her. وحرم أيضاً بالصهرية أصل مزنية الخ (درمختار)

Q. I have a question regarding merriage. I know a girl from my student times, but she is Qadiyani, and i m a Sunni Muslim. We both want to marry, but the problem occurs from my side is, that she is Qadiyani, and as far as i know, Muslim are not allowed to marry Qadiyanis.
