Title: I have a question regarding merriage. I know a girl from my student times, but she is Qadiyani, and i m a Sunni Muslim. We both want to marry, but the problem occurs from my side is, that she is Qadiyani, and as far as i know, Muslim are not allowed to marry Qadiyanis. I talked to the Girl, and she told me, that she is ready to give up qadiyaniyat, and want to become a Sunni Muslim. But if she does that, her parents will not accept this conversion. The question which occurs here is, whether it is allowed to marry her, if she converts from Qadiyanit to Islam?? And is that allowed in Islam, that she marries me, without her parents permissions? Please reply me as soon as possible. I will be very thankfull for your quick reply.

As far as matter of nikah is concerned it is obvious that if a mature girl accepts Islam with her consent she can marry herself to any man without even a guardian i.e. she can marry a man of her match without the consent of her father. This nikah will be considered valid as per Shariah, but we suggest you not to fall prey of her, it is feared that you are persuaded to Qadyanizm through the same.
