She should often recite Surah Maryam and both of you should recite the below duas:

ربنا آتنا في الدنيا حسنة وفي الآخرة حسنة وقنا عذاب النار

ربنا هب لنا من ازواجنا و ذرياتنا قرة أعين و اجعلنا للمتقين إماما

In-sha-Allah, Allah Almighty will bless you a pious child.
