Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !
(Fatwa: 388/388=M-1429)
The sun takes very little time for zawal. Actually, it is undesirable to perform salah exactly in midday time which is a very short time, avoiding salah for ten minutes is enough i.e. one should stop azan and slalah five minutes before and after midday time each. Azan can be called five minutes after midday time and salah also can also be offered with jamat. However, one must pray salah with jamat in mustahab timing.
