Title: Our Imam in the Masjid is having no beard

Question: Our Imam in the Masjid is having no beard (i.e. he is having only 3/4 hairs). My question is whether he can be eligible to lead the prayers and also be eligible to be an imam of the Masjid?

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 1907/1907/M=1432) If Imam has only three or four hair of beard genetically and he does not shave his beard besides having other qualities pertaining to imamah then he may lead salah and become the imam of the mosque.
