(Fatwa: 1075/1075/M=1433) (1) It is not bidah. Salah is complete after imam turns his head for salam and the contact of imam and muqtadi comes to an end. If someone wants to leave he may do so. It is not wajib and necessary to join the imam in dua. But after fardh salah, duas are accepted. It is proved by the sayings and practice of the holy Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم) to supplicate after salah. Also it is not bad if people do dua after salah individually while it looks like as collective dua. (2) Actually Janazah salah is a dua in the favour of deceased person; hence it is not proved to supplicate just after turning salam again.
