Question: If in salat when we recite surah if three ayat are correct and if we make mistake in remaining ayat or 3 ayat in complete surah are correct and there is mistake in other ayats,is it require sajdah sahv (remedial prostration)?

The sajdah sahv (remedial prostration) does not become wajib if one committed some mistake in qiraah (recitation of the Quran), but if the mistake was major causing change in the meaning of the verse, the salah will turn invalid, whether the major mistake occurred before reciting three verses or after.
