Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 776/776/M=1432) Performing salah with folding sleeves, tail of cloth etc is makrooh. If someone’s pant or pyjama is below ankles, he should drag it up or fold it above the ankles; since letting cloth hang below ankles is unlawful and a punishable act. A Muslim should always keep his clothes above ankles (whether in salah or outside) so that there is no need to drag it up for salah.
