Title: Will my namaz be valid if I am having a camera cell phone in my pocket?

Question: Will my namaz be valid if I am having a camera cell phone in my pocket? Maulana Saad (Nizamuddin) stated in one of his taqreer that person carrying camera cell phone becomes invalid for namaz. He also stated that he is not proclaiming any fatwa just discussing his view! (2) I need all the hadith and Quranic verses in respect of which you have given fatwa against prohibition of picture taking and video shooting. It is just for my reference and study. Alhamdulillah I am not under the act of Photography but need hadith for studying purpose.

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 2007/B=398-TB=1432) It is not so, if the picture is behind, in front or on right, left, up or down of namazi (musalli) then salah is makrooh in this case. If the mobile is switched off and there is no picture visible on the screen then it is not makrooh. (2) Regarding the photography, it is mentioned in hadith: أشد الناس عذابا عند الله المصورون . (بخارى و مسلم) It means those who take pictures shall get severe punishment on the Day of Judgment. This one hadith is enough for reference.
