Question: What are the conditions to be fulfilled to marry the same woman with whom the man is committing zina or had committed zina?

(Fatwa: 1167/734/L=1432) There is no prohibition in marrying an adulteress if she is not married. Howover, an adulteress is better for an adulterer. Pious person should not marry an adulteress.
