Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 1679/1236/H=1431)

(1) It is sunnah, rather it is masnoon to turn one's side towards Qiblah instead of turning face only.
(2) We could not get the detail whether this type of shirt is sunnah. However, in dress this point should be kept in mind that it should be loose so that the figure of body is not exposed. Secondly, its design should be simple i.e. which is usually used by pious and religious women. Thirdly, it should not be similar to the dress of obscene and debauched women. Fourthly, it should not be too much costly. Bearing in mind all the four points, the clothes chosen by women shall either be sunnah or closer to sunnah.
(3) We do not remember such hadith.
(4) We could not get it.
(5) Wearing the prevalent skirt is not sunnah rather if it is tight and similar to the skirt of sinful and debauched women, then it is not lawful. It is a sin to wear it.
