Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 345-118/L=1433) In case of one talaq, the husband will have the right to take his wife back until iddah. He can take her back within iddah. In case the iddah passed, then he can remarry her with her consent provided he did not give two talaqs before or after this one talaq.
