    Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 1677/1677/M=1432) Iddah is three months (three menstruating period) and if at the time of khula the woman is pregnant then her term of iddah is to give birth to her child. After completing iddah, husband is not responsible for any expense. It is not right to demand for a long term expense as per the Shariah. People invite problems by going to courts and then ask its solution from us.
