When the person admits sending SMS about talaq, so two talaqs certainly took place by two SMS. As far as his third SMS "You want to hear it for the third time well here you have it? is kinayah (metonymy), if he intended talaq, so the total talaqs will be three and he cannot revoke the talaqs or rejoin without valid halalah.
