Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 1770/1297/H=1431)

Offer tarawih salah though short or as much as you can, though sitting. And in future if you are sure that your energy of fast will not be restored, the fidya of one fast is equal to sadqatul fitr. Pay the fidya as of the fasts you missed. No fidya is fixed on missing tarawih.
