Junaid asked Salma that do u accept Zaid in your nikah, Salma answered Yes.Then Junaid asked Zaid that do u accept Salma in your nikah, Zaid also answered Yes. So,is this nikah valid ? Neither the Nikah was valid nor are they husband and wife. The reason is that the witness is incomplete. Moreover, this way of Nikah is extremely abhorring and undesirable, it must be avoided. This will cause evils and the society will develop immoralities.
