Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 107/107=M/1429)

Arsh means: throne, roof, sky etc, it has the sense of highness, therefore naming a child with Arsh is alright, but still it is better to choose other good and more meaningful names.

Allah (Subhana Wa Ta'ala) knows Best
