Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 1257/1176=D/1429)

(1) It is the belief of the Ahlus Sunnat wal-Jamat that Allah is the Omnipresent and the Omniscient (i.e. every big and small thing is in His knowledge). There is no special place for Allah where He is confined to. Allah is sempiternal and eternal. The time and place have been created later; Allah Almighty is far beyond from any place and time. Allah Almighty says: إن الله لايخفی عليه شئ في الأرض و لا في السماء

And when a person gets doubted in any matter that there is a special place for Allah, there it means that some attribute of Allah is reflected over there. (Fatawa Mahmoodia V. 11:245)

(2) Thus, surely Allah will be in the Paradise as well.
