    Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 1162/H=431/TH=1432) Put your question before the concerning personalities of the four (Salafi, Deobandi, Nadwatul Ulama, Jamat Islami) separately and get the details of their beliefs, practices, thoughts, views etc. You shall learn the difference by their answers. And if after their reply you need to ask something from here then you can. (2) The prevalent Quran Khawani gathering in home is not right as well. But the family members should regularly recite the holy Quran as much as they can. In-sha-Allah, it shall bring the heavenly blessing in your home. (3) What ruling do you want to know? Write it clearly. (4) If that person has died and his second wife is alive then the ruling is that after paying of the due rights preceding inheritance and provided the details of the heirs are correct, the land and other all property of the deceased shall be divided into 88 shares. The widow of deceased shall get 11 shares, each son 14-14 shares, while 7-7 shares to his daughter each. Detail: Second Wife: 1x11 = 11 Son: 3x14 = 42 Daughter: 5x7 = 35 Total: 88 Shares
