Title: I have 2 childs (1girl 13 months 1 boy 10 days) they both blind by birth,my family members presure on me & my wife for family contol operation. I hear its Haram!!, 1. What i have to do now? please advise as per islamic rules.

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

It is Haram and unlawful to permanently remove the reproduction system. It is forbidden to obey people in unlawful matters. You should not be impressed by the pressure of your family, tell them politely what is the order of Shariah in this regard. Yes, if wife is weak and future conception is feared to cause life threat for the foetus or the mother then it is allowable to use contraceptives temporarily with the advice of any expert and religious physician.
