Title: Giving Interest on savings account to NGOs

Question: I want to ask that can we donate interest received on savings account online to NGOs like Ketto, Milaap etc. I come across numerous ads on YouTube and Internet where many people who cannot afford a huge hospital bill for critical diseases ask for fundraising to save lives of their children who are suffering from such diseases which needs a lot of money to pay. Some amount of this donation maybe used by the NGOs also for running their organization. So, can I give the interest money on savings account to such online charity without intention of reward.

It is necessary to give the amount of interest to the poor without the intention of reward. Similarly, if the interest is earned from a government bank, you can pay it in income tax etc. Since it is not known whether the NGOs or such charities will disburse the money to its deserving recipient or not, hence instead of giving this money to them, you should try to disburse the money to the deserving recipient on your own.
