Title: I am a married woman &i have one elder brother,though he was having talent&hardworking nature, not getting job.in every salah my all family members pray for him.and my parents suffering a lot.so please suggest me some dua so that ALLAH can hear soonly.

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 668/668=M/1429)

There is no need to get disturbed so much for not finding a job; rather you need to strengthen your Eiman and belief that a person will get after all whatever Allah Almighty has destined for him. You should tell your brother to perform salah regularly with congregation and takbir uoola (first takbir of starting salah). Also, he should recite Surah Fatiha, Ayatul Kursi and the below dua thrice with durood thrice before and after:

اللهم اكفنى بحلالك عن حرامك وأغننى بفضلك عمن سواك

All the family members should do this too, in-sha-Allah, the dua will be accepted.
