Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !
(Fatwa: 1756/B=393/TB=1433) According to Islamic Shariah, one is exempted to fast during journey as one might face sun and other difficulties while travelling. But nowadays the journey has become easier that one can reach in AC car to airport from one’s home. And all journey processes such as luggage weighing, confirmation of ticket and visa on passport, immigration, stamp of entry and exit and passing through security check and waiting for the flight, in short all these processes are done very easily. Neither there is the problem of walking nor of sun and heat. Hence, in today’s age it is better that one travels to Bangkok in the state of fast. You should also keep fast there while you stay for two or three days.
