(Fatwa: 661/613 =D/1429)
It is a great virtue to memorize the Holy Quran by heart. It is not a good thing to stop her if she intends to memorize the Holy Quran. It is also not necessary to memorize the entire Quran. Therefore, she should intend to memorize it little by little. For example, when she manages to memorize the last five paras and starts reciting them in salah etc, then she should intend to memorize five more paras. In this way, she should memorize the holy Quran as much as she can if there is no obstacle in doing necessary house work. Thus, memorizing the whole Quran gradually will not be difficult. It will be easy for her to learn the Holy Quran by heart.
