(Fatwa: 1307/957/L=1431)

(1) Supplicating after salah is proved. Also, it is mentioned in Hadith that such du’as are accepted. These supplications and dhikrs are discussed in detail in the book ’Amal al-Yaum wa al-Lailah by Ibn al-Sunni. And when each muqtadi will follow it, it shall automatically take collective form. There is a booklet in Imdadul Fatawa vol. 1 page 795-816 with the title [استحباب الدعوات عقیب الصلوات], you should study it. 

(2) What is the ground reality there, they know it. It is difficult to say anything about it.
