It is recorded in Hadith whoever visited a fortune-teller and believed him then he committed kufr. It is wajib for him to do taubah and istighfar. As per the question, your husband committed this act, thus it is necessary to renew iman and nikah. He must not visit any fortune-teller etc in future and put trust only in Allah.
