Title: My mother expired in 2004, my father expired in 2009 both of them by hiba gave some of their properties to their 3 sons ,4 daughters many years before . now 1 son wants to redo the hiba & distribute the properties again acording to quran. is it permitted.

(Fatwa: 656/464=L/1430)

If your father gifted the property and distributed it among the three brothers and four sisters and gave in your possession, so the gift was valid. Now, there is no need to redistribute it. But, if he only gifted and did not give the shares to your possession, so the gift was not valid and in this case his property will be distributed among his heirs.
