Title: USING ANOTHER BUSSINESS PERKS.

Question: My brother is working in a company. His company sponsors his bills for mobile bills. If he is out of station and I use his mobile. Is it halal or in which category it lies (makrooh, haram, etc.)

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 1033/1011/N=12/1436) If the company allows your brother that anyone can use his mobile with his permission then you may use your brother’s mobile with his permission. And if the company has conditioned that it shall pay your brother’s mobile bill that in case he (your brother) should use the mobile then you may not use your brother’s mobile even with his permission as you will put the burden of the bill on the company unlawfully.

D) If sisters are telling that they only want to immigrate to facilitate their children??s education, is there any sin to sponsor them after taking a verbal or written promise that their stay will only be for permissible reasons?
