    Title: Kindly guide if one can sell things which he has traded verbally only. Suppose, Asif agreed a price with Irfan of a book for Ruppees 10 & then later on Asif sells the same book to Salem for Ruppes 12. Is this transaction is Halal. And what is rule for down payement (Bayana) as this is very common practise in our society. People pay a small amount, supporse 10% of original price of the thing & then sell it onwards. Is this practise is Halal. Kindly guide.
