Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !
(Fatwa: 1092/1086/N=1433) (1) Iztiba is sunnah in all the seven rounds of the tawaf after which sa’i is performed not only in the first round or in first three rounds. (2) We do not know any book which mentions iztiba as sunnah in the first three rounds. However ramal (walking while jogging and putting small steps) is sunnah only in the first three rounds after which there is sa’i. So is mentioned in al-Durr Wa al-Radd (Kitab al-Hajj 3:510, 511)
