Business of property dealer is lawful provided it involves no cheating and deception. Likewise, the bayana amount (which is taken by buyer in advance) in case the buyer fails to pay the amount is not returned, this is haram. The amount belongs to buyer; therefore if he is unable to purchase, the amount should be returned to him. This amount is not halal for the seller.

I am about start an online business.i will just have to make a website and get it registered with google or yahoo and then people clicking on my page will profit me.i will just place an add on that page of any subject and then the number of clicks by the people will give me money from google or yahoo.should i go with this business.plz reply me quickly.
