Question: I want to ask that I learn QURAAN by online. Is it right to learn it during menses without touching the words of the Quranic alphabets.

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 768/768/M=06/1435) As it is forbidden to touch the Quranic verses during menses in the same way it is also forbidden to recite it. It is also not lawful to recite it with the intention of learning. Yes, she may read the verses containing supplications as dua. Similarly, if she recites the verses in such a way that the words are separated then it is allowed. She may also spell the words letter by letter.
