My friend has paid the (Diat)to the father of The daied boy and also has got the (Barraat) From the father of boy and did pay some money As Saddaqqa ( Khairat ). Q. In islam when somebody murders the relatives of person murdered can kill the murderer in response after having verdict from court. But if a person is staying in a non muslim land where he cannot get justice for a relative murder can he kill the murederer himself without going to the court or leave the matter to Allah (swt). 11322 views
