Title: Zakah to relative with no job or source of income but gold assets of 10 tola

Question: My relative in Hyderabad bought a flat to live in from the money they got from his father's property. Now he has no job or source of income, they are even struggling for daily food. Is it permissible in Islam to help them payoff the final installment house debt through zakah? The wife has 10 tolas of gold which she got in marriage from her family. Other than that they have no assets. Their condition is not so good nowadays.

In the above mentioned case, if your friend is not sahib-e-nisab i.e. zakah is not wajib on him, then in present situation you may give him your zakah money.

If I can give the money to the poor right now, waiting no further, Should I give all the money to a single poor man/woman or I can give among 50 people at same or more & less proportionate. 4). If someone asks me for a loan of 500 Taka, Can I give him that note of 500 Taka since it's in my pocket for long 1 month without being used , finding no owner? Inshallah I can give the same amount if the real owner claims the money after I give the money to someone as loan.
