Question: My question is that can we do sadaqah of goat with a broken horn and can we also do sadqah for she-goat (bakri).

(Fatwa: 1192/915/B=1434) Yes, it is correct to do sadaqah of such goat. You also may do the sadaqah of she-goat as well.
