(Fatwa: 1478/D=349/K=1431)

If you own nisab, you will have to pay the zakah of the cash amount of salary available when one year will pass over the nisab. 
And if you do not own nisab, then when the amount of salary will become equal to the price of 52.5 tola silver and one year will pass over it, then the zakah shall be wajib on the saved amount.
