Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 185/185/M=1431)

(1) No, interest cannot be used in personal needs; it must be given in charity.

(2) If one?s brothers and sisters are poor, one can give them without an intention of getting reward.

(3) One cannot give interest amount to his or her parents.

(4) Hand over the zakah money first to your sister, then if she gives the money for admission of her children, it will be lawful to spend in the same.
