Title: How to correctly calculate the zakat.

Question: Zakah: 1) If I am not aware when I would get my money back, do I need to take zakah for that amount too? (2) Is it true that last 6 months money is not included while calculating zakah? (3).What about zakah on the commercial land, if you don't know it's present price . Should I take zakah from the purchased amount?

(Fatwa: 1156/1103/H=11/1438)

(1) Though right now paying zakah is not wajib but when the amount of debt is received then it shall be wajib to pay the zakah of previous years as well.

(2) It is not true, rather the truth is that it shall include.

(3) Know the current value by consulting two or three persons related to the business and then pay the zakah.
