Title: Reading quraan and saying "in cha allah" or "alhamdoullilah" during mens..Is it allowd?

Question: (1) Is reading Quran allowed during menses? (2) Is it allowed to say "In cha Allah" or "Alhamdoullilah" durung menses? (3) Some says that reading the holy Quran is allowed as they are reading it without touching it! What is the correct ruling? I want an in depth details according to Quran and authentic Ahadith.

(Fatwa: 1685/1236/H=11/1434) (1) It is not lawful. (2) It is correct without any karahat (without being makrooh). (3) They are not right as per the Shariah.
