Question: Please let me know if a Mutwalli of the Masjid can loan out a amplifier of the Masjid to the bangi of the same mosque for utilizing the same to run a madrasa run by the bangi at the outskirts of the town.

(Fatwa: 987/987/M=1433) Mutawalli is only the trustee of the mosque he is not the owner of the mosque property; hence it is not lawful for him to lend the amplifier of the mosque to anyone.
