Title: I am the Secretary of Darul Uloom Jamea Siddiquia, Ponda (Goa).We have been doing Hilah of the donations received for our Madarassa, in the forms Zakat, Attiya, Sadaqua etc once a year in the beginning of the our academic year. Please advise whether such Hilah is required to be done periodically as and when such donations are received by us.

You can do hilah once in a year as well as month to month, both the ways are allowed, but you should have asked the question by describing the method you adopt for the same.
