Title: 3 talaq in one time by telephone

Question: I have translated my wife talaq 3 times at same time due to quarrel on telephone, and again after 30 minutes I have taken back, but when I say that word 3 times I was in anger and that time I was almost senseless. Kindly advise after taking back still we are husband and wife or not. Kindly reply in full details.

(Fatwa: 151/151/M=01/1435) When you admit that you gave your wife three talaqs due to quarrel on phone then all the three talaqs took place and your wife became haram for you and marital relation between you came to an end. Now you cannot take her back without a Shariah halalah. Hence in the question mentioned above to take back the divorce is null and void. She did not come again into your marital life rather she became a strange woman for you, and now both of you cannot become husband and wife without a Shariah halalah.
