Title: Regarding Iddah

Question: If a woman doesn’t follow her iddah even after a year after receiving 3 Talaq and decides to marry another guy then does she have to finish her iddah or she can marry straight because her iddah is already expired?

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 1940/1414/H=12/1434) The iddah is over if she passes three menstruation periods or delivers a baby. It was sin not to follow all the rulings of iddah and it is necessary to do true taubah and istighfar. However, if she passed her iddah, her nikah with any other man will be valid.
