Title: Husband doubts me all the time and wants to divorce

Question: I am married to my husband for the12 years. He has been saying for the past 3 years that I am not a good person, he does not talk to me or sleep with me. He is not even supporting me financially, I work for supporting my 2 boys and myself. I put my hand on the quraan and said I have not done anything wrong but he does not believe me. He wants to divorce me according to the legal system here. His parents do not talk to me and to my parents. My ammi calls his house and they say wrong number and put the phone down. I do not want a divorce-i have 2 boys who do not want a divorce. This is the second time my husband has sent me paper from his lawyer for divorce, I have not answered.For the past 2 years I am seeing and hearing things in the house-paikhana in the bathroom 3 times, my son says he hears voices and sometimes people walking in the house. I hear people walking or talking also. When I am having bath I hear someone knocking on my door, not sure if it is related.help & pray pleas

(Fatwa: 1019/1019/M=1432) Attach the original or Xerox copy of the talaq papers that your husband sent through wakil along with this istifta, and then we can write the Shariah ruling about occurrence of the talaq. If it is in other language other than Urdu then send its translation in Urdu. Whatever you have been seeing in your home for two years, it is very difficult to say anything about it without knowing the true situation. If you consult any local expert Amil then you can come out with some solution.
