Title: I am writing about one of my friend, one day he was very angry and had fight with his wife - suddenly he lost his temper and his whole body was shaking and he said talaq to her and he left home and came back after 2 hrs, again he and his wife had heated argument, he said twice talaq again and suddenly he and his wife were in shock and my friend prayed isha and beg pardon to Allah and also to his wife. but his wife was out of control and she said u pls - don't even touch to me and now since over 4 months they are staying away. Pls, give us fatwa is talaq taken place if 1) said in extreme anger without any control on himself 2) As per Quran on one occassion if 3talaq said and does they count one or three and her wife is no more halal for him pls., give your valuable feed back - also let us know if we can reconisle

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 299/223/L=1431)

(1)    Talaq given in anger takes place as well.

(2)    Three talaqs of single sitting shall be counted three.

قال تعالى: الطلاق مرتان [إلى قوله تعالى] فَإِن طَلَّقَهَا فَلاَ تَحِلُّ لَهُ مِن بَعْدُ حَتَّىَ تَنكِحَ زَوْجاً غَيْرَهُ  [الآية] .

(3) Now the wife of your friend cannot be halal for him without a legal Halala.
