Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !
(Fatwa: 1485/1373=D/1429)
Ablution (wuzu) is broken if urine comes out, she should make ablution again for purification and then perform salah, albeit if she is suffering from the disease of urine discharge and the urine is not controlled even for a time in which she may be able to offer obligatory salah, and full time of a salah passes thus that she can not perform salah. Then in such condition, she will be excused by Shariah. Therefore, she should make a fresh ablution when the time of a salah begins and offer obligatory and nafl salah as much as she wants within that time, and when the time of next salah starts, she should make new ablution, the ablution will remain intact within the time even if urine comes out. Rulings about such persons who are excused (mazoor) by Shariah have been written in Behishti Zewar. You should study it and act upon accordingly. The summary of the ruling is what we have written above.
