Title: After toilet using of toilet paper.

Question: Is it sunnah to use toilet paper (or "dhila" or "kulup") after toilet?

(Fatwa: 285/287/L=03/1436) It is sunnah and better to use clod or tissue paper after excretion and when the purity is assured completely then wash it with water. It was the practice of the people of Quba, which has been praised in the holy Quran. والأفضل فى كل زمان الجمع بين استعمال الماء والحجر مرتباً فيمسح الخارج ثم يغسل المخرج؛ لأن الله أثنی على أهل قباء باتباعهم الأحجار الماء فكان الجمع سنة على الإطلاق فى كل زمان وهو الصحيح وعليه الفتوى (مراقى الفلاح:45)
