Title: Bath by shower.

Question: I want to know that whether it is right to take bath by shower because water splash from ground and come to our body again.

(Fatwa: 165/165/M=03/1436) You may do ghusl with shower. However, if your body is smeared with impurity then first wash it and pour water over it. It is better for you. If the ground is pure then the water splashes flying from there will no effect on the validity of ghusl. However, it is better to take bath in a way that the splashes of used water do not fall on the body. وهو (الماء المستعمل) طاهر، ولو من جنب وهو الظاهر، وليس بطهور ... وقال الشامي: "قوله: وهو الظاهر" أي ظاهر الرواية، ومن صرح بأن رواية الطهارة ظاهر الرواية، وعليها الفتوي في الكافي.
