(Fatwa: 1145/832/D=1433) It is sunnah to rinse the nose and mouth during wudhu i.e. wudhu shall be valid instead of it but the excuse which you have mentioned is not such that by which you can always miss these sunnah, while in ghusl these two things are fardh and ghusl shall not be valid without them.
